Loyalty REWARDS Program at The Bull

- Earn rewards on greens fees, Food & Beverage, golf shop merchandise, and more
- Redeem those Rewards Points for Gift Certificate Dollars
The Bull Loyalty Rewards Program is FREE of charge and registration takes just a couple of minutes. Once signed up, you will receive a Loyalty Rewards Card to be used for accruing points on purchases. Simply present the card at the point of sale and watch the points (and REWARDS) add up!
One REWARD point is awarded for each dollar spent on Greens Fees, Food & Beverage, Golf Shop Merchandise, Gift Cards, Rental Clubs, Golf Lessons, and Golfer Programs.
For every 500 points you may cash in for a $25.00 gift card valid for any purchase at The Bull. OR Continue to earn points and after 1000 points, you may cash in for a $100.00 gift card valid on any purchase at The Bull.
* Rewards cannot be earned on sales tax, gratuities, groups of more than 12 people, golf packages, and contracted events.

What is The Bull Loyalty Rewards Program? The Bull Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to reward your loyalty by awarding points for dollars spent at The Bull.
How much does the program cost? The Bull Loyalty Rewards Program is FREE of charge to all participants. Simply sign up for the program by filling out the application online or in person at The Bull.
How do I earn Loyalty Rewards Points? For every $1 in approved purchases, you will earn 1 point.
What is an approved purchase? Approved purchases include greens fees, golf shop merchandise, food & beverage, and gift cards. The exclusions to the program include but are not limited to sales tax, gratuities, groups of more than 12 people, golf packages, and contracted events.
Who can join The Bull Loyalty Rewards Program? Anyone is eligible to join the program.
How do I enroll in The Bull Loyalty Rewards Program? Fill out the application form (above) or in our golf shop or restaurant. To have the form sent to you, you may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How will I know how many Loyalty Rewards Points I have? You Loyalty Rewards balance may be checked for you at any time by one of the staff members. A balance will also print on your receipt each time you present your loyalty card at purchase.
How do I redeem my Loyalty Rewards Points? Your Loyalty Rewards points may be cashed in to rewards dollars once a reward has been earned. At this time present your Loyalty Rewards card to a cashier and your points will be converted into rewards dollars for you.
Do I receive a gift card when I earn Rewards dollars? No. Once you choose to redeem your accrued points, the dollars you earn will be loaded directly to your Loyalty Rewards card. (ex. Card contains 517 points, you wish to cash in for your reward. Card will then contain 17 points and $25.00)
Do my Loyalty Rewards Points expire? No. Accumulated points will not expire and can be accrued as long as you participate in the program.
Can I use my Loyalty Reward Card to accrue points for special service or group payment at The Bull? The Bull Loyalty Rewards points are designed for individual/family use only. It is not applicable to group spending. The Bull recognizes a group as more than 12 people. Rewards will not be earned when there are more than 12 people.
Can I earn Loyalty Rewards Points when paying for a Golf Package? The Bull Loyalty Rewards points cannot be earned when paying for Golf Packages
The Bull Loyalty Rewards Points (Rewards Program) and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of The Bull at Pinehurst Farms and all interpretations of Rewards Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of The Bull. The Bull reserves the right to add, delete, or change any of the rules, conditions, benefits, rewards, and any other aspect of the rewards program at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
The Bull has the right to terminate the Loyalty Rewards Program by providing three (3) months advance written notice of the termination date to program participants. Any such notice will be mailed to Participants at the address provided at the time the rewards card is issued. Participants are responsible for notifying The Bull of any change of address. In the event of termination of the rewards program, the right of participants to claim rewards will be terminated on the termination date and any unused rewards shall be cancelled.
Accrued rewards do not constitute property of the participant and are not transferable in the event of death, divorce or otherwise by operation of law.
The sale or barter of reward points and other rewards program benefits is prohibited and all reward points are nontransferable. Any such reward points or benefits deemed by The Bull to have been transferred or sold may be cancelled.
Participants will be issued a Rewards Card upon their enrollment in the Rewards Program.
Use of the Rewards Card constitutes enrollment and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of The Bull Loyalty Rewards Program.
In order to earn Rewards, the Rewards Card must be presented at the time of purchase.
Rewards will not be earned on purchases made in connection with Group events or Group usage of facilities; a group of more than twelve (12) people shall constitute a Group.
Once a Participant has reached the Rewards threshold established by The Bull, Rewards may be redeemed for any purchase made at The Bull.
Rewards may be earned and redeemed only at The Bull.
Rewards cannot be earned on sales tax, gratuities, groups of more than 12 people, golf packages, and contracted events.
The Loyalty Rewards card is nontransferable and the accrued Rewards may not be redeemed, returned or exchanged for cash.
Participants will not lose rewards points unless the Loyalty Rewards Program is terminated by The Bull or the Bull determines that a participant has obtained or used the reward points in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
